UX Pastel embarked on its journey with Inn4Smart by undertaking the design of its Society Management and Energy Management Systems (EMS) solution from scratch. This comprehensive solution spans across web and mobile applications, aiming to streamline operations and enhance user experience for management, admins, and society members. In this collaboration, UX Pastel faced challenges in balancing the complexity of Society Management and Energy Management Systems (EMS) while maintaining simplicity and ease of use for diverse user roles. Integrating seamless cross-platform functionality across web and mobile posed technical hurdles, requiring careful navigation of differing interface requirements. Additionally, maintaining consistency and coherence across the various features and functionalities presented a significant design challenge. Tight deadlines, coupled with the need to maintain quality standards, added another layer of complexity to the collaboration.
To address these challenges, UX Pastel implemented several key solutions.
